He was an ordained minister who spent over 20 years volunteering his services leading those who needed him most through prison ministry. He loved the Lord and as a self-proclaimed "Waterfront Minister" and would speak with anyone wanting to fellowship.
Along with his parents, Calvin was preceded in death by his brother, James Stanley Waters.

Calvin was most definitely a wonderful man. He married me and my husband back in 2007. He helped my husband in a bad time in his life years ago we he had lost his way, they even started going to church together for a while. We were so blessed to know him and I know he is most definitely in heaven with the angels.

Rita and Andy, we are so sorry but we know he is out of pain. You were certainly there for him and he knew he could always count on his little sister. I'm sure he's happy and talking to a lot of folks there this morning. Love you both.
