Mr. Radcliff was born August 5th, 1970. He was the son of the late Thomas E. Radcliff and Ruth S. Radcliff, who survives.
"Big Scot", as he was affectionately known to all of his friends and family, was the life of any party. His corny jokes left everyone with a smile plastered on their faces. He loved working outdoors on land or in the water. He was a Heavy Equipment Operator with Slade Landscaping Inc. and absolutely loved every minute of it. He also worked part time with Keyzer's Catering cooking and grilling, which was also a passion of his.
Along with his mother, he is survived by his sister Kara R. Pugh of Washington, a niece Alexis B. Pugh, and a nephew Charles R. Pugh III (Tres). He also leaves behind his beloved rescue dog Nemo.
In addition to his father, Scot was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents Clarence and Ellaree Radcliff, his maternal grandparents John and Lauriel Slugocke, an Uncle C.E. Radcliff and an Aunt Judith Lamb.
The family will receive friends at his mothers home in Pantego.
Flowers are appreciated and donations may be made to the Humane Society of Beaufort County, NC to help other animals get rescued and find a forever home.
